Refund & Returns Policy

At Imma Glow, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare, body products, and fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy:

1. No Returns on Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons:
– We do NOT accept returns on any opened or used products.
– This includes skincare, body products, and perfumes.

2. Eligible Returns
We only accept returns if:
– The product is damaged upon delivery
– You received the wrong item

3. Return Request Process
– You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
– Provide:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the product
– Send requests to info@immaglow.co.za

4. Refunds
– Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
– Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (PayFast).
– Processing time may take 3–7 working days.

5. Exchanges
– We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.
– Exchanges depend on product availability

– Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

7. Non-Refundable Items
– Opened or used products
– Items not in original condition
