Order Processing
All orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared in our account. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery is completed within 3–5 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external courier factors.

Shipping Fees

• Free delivery is available on all orders from R800.
• Orders below this amount will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
• Free delivery applies to addresses within South Africa only.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package in real time.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays and weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Missed Deliveries

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
